Jiaozuo Fanghua Ceramics Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer and supplier of ceramic proppants used in oil gas wells. 

Located in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, China, Jiaozuo Fanghua Ceramics Co., Ltd. covers an area of about 16.47 acres with a total construction area of 52000 square meters with the investment of about RMB200 million. Nowadays, our corporation has over 35 senior and skillful technicians in the large group of 320 staff members. There is a scientific and technical research center, a laboratory center, three production workshops and a quality inspection center to produce 200,000 tons of ceramic proppants per year by holding six modernized rotary kiln production lines. Meanwhile, Fang Hua applies SY/T5108-2006 industry standard of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) to measure specified indicators.

30-50 mesh (600-300 micrometer) ceramic proppants

3. Criterion of crush resistance

Fanghua products have features of high-strength crush resistance and conductivity, higher roundness and sphericity, smaller turbidity and anti-acidity. Thus, they are fracturing operation materials utilized in low-permeable oil and gas wells. Generally, when applied to fracturing operation, ceramic proppants filled in the low-permeable mineral deposits crack under the circumstance of high pressure to have a high-closed fracturing process and then spilt apart the oil and gas terrane. The nonclosed function of supporting fracturing cracks not only increases oil production but also extends the prolonged life of oil wells.
